My friend and I visited your shop this morning, and I wanted you to know how impressed we were with the service we received!
Shopping for my dress has always been something I was nervous about, not having a clue what I wanted, and having read scary accounts in magazines about snooty shop assistants! But all my worries were cast aside when I stepped out of the rain and into Prettymades - we were made to feel so comfortable, and as though we had all the time in the world (despite not making an appointment). I felt as though my needs were truly considered, and my views listened to without judgement - I felt like an individual bride, not like one of many others on the production line (as was the case in other shops we visited)
Your advice was honest and frank and helpful (and the Lovehearts were lovely too!)
