THE BRIDAL EXPERIENCE

My friend and I visited your shop this morning, and I wanted you to know how impressed we were with the service we received!

Shopping for my dress has always been something I was nervous about, not having a clue what I wanted, and having read scary accounts in magazines about snooty shop assistants! But all my worries were cast aside when I stepped out of the rain and into Prettymades - we were made to feel so comfortable, and as though we had all the time in the world (despite not making an appointment). I felt as though my needs were truly considered, and my views listened to without judgement - I felt like an individual bride, not like one of many others on the production line (as was the case in other shops we visited)

Your advice was honest and frank and helpful (and the Lovehearts were lovely too!)

I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks following our wedding.  Tim and I got engaged in July 2010.  I wasn't really in the market for a proper wedding dress, but was very aware that Mum might like to, at least, see me try a few on & a family friend recommended your shop. 
From the moment I walked in, I knew we were in the right shop! 
I explained to you the kind of dress I might like to try on and immediately you presented me with two to try.  The first one went on to be my wedding dress & you didn't miss a beat when I explained that the wedding was in just 3 & a half months.

The whole process was, excuse the pun, seamless.  And Tim (my husband) was convinced I had blown the budget.  He was sure I was in a £1,000 dress, at least !!

I  must just say if there are any bride-to-be's out there you must go to Prettymades Bridal in Wimborne, they are the best wedding shop in the world, there is nothing thats to much trouble for Sam

I have never meet such a lovely person, she makes you so at ease and there is no pressure buying and she treats everyone the same whether you have lots of money to spend or a low budget

Just make sure you go there first before you go anywhere first you won't regret it trust me
